For Grandpa George. To say he's my "step-dad" doesn't really describe it, he is so much more than that. He was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He's currently undergoing a regimen of chemo and radiation and is holding strong. You can read more at:

You should know where the "garagoo" came from. A couple years ago at the height of Pokemono-mania Jake dubbed Grandpa George "Garagoo." Jake has long since moved on to naming us all other stuff, but Garagoo stuck with George and it has become a nickname he has for himself.
So, say some prayers and send positive thoughts Garagoo's way. Here are some pictures of a recent day at the beach with my mom and George.
