We made a little message for My friend Katie's little girl, Julia. Julia was adopted from Russia about 6 weeks before Chloe. Katie and I went through the whole agonizing process together. Chloe is so NOT a morning person. By afternoon she was telling me, "I want to play with Julia. I want to bulid sand castles with Julia."
